PACKAGING
Primary Packaging (Consumer Unit): Each of our selected banana leaves is carefully cleaned, then neatly rolled or folded, and sealed in a 1 kg food-grade plastic. This 1 kg packaging is designed to maintain the natural moisture of the leaves, protect them from contamination, and prolong their freshness. The sealing is done quickly to minimize exposure to air, and is completely vacuum-sealed to maintain the texture of the leaves.
Secondary Packaging (Distribution Unit): To facilitate shipping and maintain the integrity of the product in large quantities, every 10 1 kg banana leaf packages are then placed into a special sturdy cardboard box. This box is designed to protect the banana leaves from impacts, pressure, and temperature changes during the transportation process, ensuring that the product arrives in prime condition at your destination. The box design also considers sufficient air circulation to prevent excessive condensation.
